Warranty-RGA Catalog

All returned merchandise must have a Sanitary Solutions, Inc. RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.  RGA numbers are assigned only by the Sanitary Solutions, Inc. sales team and product returned must correspond with products authorized.  Returns must be made within (30) days of receipt of the return goods authorization (RGA).

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted by Sanitary Solutions, Inc., receiving department and returned freight collect. A 20% restocking charge (20% of the net invoice price) will be charged for saleable merchandise in new condition returned in original packaging. If merchandise is not in new condition, a reconditioning charge will be deducted from the credit. Merchandise not of Sanitary Solutions, Inc., manufacture or custom fabrications are not eligible for return.
